Drawn on paper, scanned in and fixed up in MSpaint (of all things!), so that's why it's of poor quality.
Big bro said that I should keep the pencil marks around him 'cause it adds character (something that he got off me when I did a couple other things on the computer) so I thought "Meh, less work."

Someone on the CID forums said something about Heartbow as cupid being a disturbing thing, so I thought, "Hey, the chance to draw a Transformer thats both cute AND disturbing!"

Happy upcoming Valentine's Day I guess.
